UPDATE: Saturday, December 14, 2024 - 14:53 EST

There is now news that the federal government's Minister of Labour has asked the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) to order work to return as early as Monday, December 16, 2024.

With this, we will begin to send emails out to customers who have Pre-Orders being held at our Toronto depot, and any new orders that we received from more than 1 week ago (prior to Saturday, December 7, 2024) to confirm if the shipping address we have on file is still valid.

Any orders received in the past week (on Sunday, December 8, 2024 and onwards) will be shipped out using the shipping address the customer entered in their order. If a customer requires to make changes, please inform us by sending an email to staff@navitoworld.com with your order number.

This process is to ensure that if any customers have changed their shipping address since their order was made and have not corrected this to have the address we have on file corrected. This will ensure that your order will be delivered to the correct address. Usual shipping process will be executed.

As with any resumption of service after a long time of suspension, please expect delays to have your order shipped out from Toronto after your parcel is picked up by Canada Post. Continue to track your parcel using their website after we provide you the tracking number. The tracking number will become active only on the day of pick up by Canada Post.
