BC Ports have ended the lock-out and service is slowly resuming.

We hope to have the affected items arrive on time at this point possibly at the end of November 2024 at the earliest into mid-late December 2024, dependent on the service levels and backlog at Port of Vancouver, and any freight rail delays from Vancouver to Toronto.
We will notify customers who have Pre-Orders when the items have arrived at our store and becomes ready for pick up or shipping.
There is also another labour disruption that is affecting our service as well.

CUSTOMER NOTICE:
Products that are shipped through Vancouver are currently delayed indefinitely due to the Vancouver port lock-out.
All container terminal operations in Vancouver are suspended, including yard, rail and vessel activities until further notice, effective November 4th. The British Columbia Maritime Employers Association (BCMEA) started an indefinite coastwide lock-out, following the strike action by the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU514) on November 4th, 8:00AM PST.
